Safeguards

Finely powdered dyes and additives can be irritating to eyes, nose, mouth, lungs, and skin.  Even the food additives, salt and vinegar, can send a person to Urgent Care if splashed in the eye!  Exposure to dye powder can cause an allergy to develop unexpectedly in anyone.  We know dyers who are allergy prone but have no problem with dye powder as long as they faithfully wear a respirator.  Stay protected; develop a habit and wear your safety gear!
